The gravity pulls your body, down, and your muscles stretch, the whole body stretches, down. Be in this position for 20-30 sec. and repeats it 3-4 times. It is a very good and easy exercise for increasing height. Even a child can do this.

Lie on the floor with your face down and your palms should under your shoulders, slightly arch your back up with chin, arch your spine as much as possible, stay in this position 5-20 sec, and repeats 3-4 times. This yoga exercise stretches your spine and help you become flexible and growth of height.

  1. Forward Bend

Stand straight on your legs, with little gap, extend hands up, and keep them straight, bend down slowly and try to touch the floor with your palm, then return to back position, and repeats. It is a famous exercise for growing taller, and also one of the step from Surya Namaskar.

  1. Swimming

Swimming is also a good exercise for height. You can do it with or without water, water swimming is well known by everyone, but without water, what you simply do that, lie down on the floor like you are in water, spread your hands forward and raise your left arm and right leg, them do it with other hand and leg, like you are flying in the air.

  1. Cat Stretch

In India it is called Dandwat. Keep your hands and knees on the floor, palms on the floor, arms would be locked out, breathe in, while spine down, breathe out while spine comes up, keep your shoulders and elbow straight, pelvic bone must touch the floor, repeats it 3-7 sec.
